REFUND POLICY

Unless a course is cancelled members are not eligible for a refund of course fees except in exceptional circumstances. Members requesting a refund are required to fill in a “Refund Request” form which then goes to the executive for a decision. Refunds can only be made by bank transfer.

Membership fees are not refundable.

This course is based on a free online course run through the Wicking Dementia Education and Research Centre. The course runs for 4 weeks starting May 26. You can find out more by going to and then registering if you are interested. If you join this U3A class, you will need to go online each week and read the content that is supplied. We will then meet each Friday to consider the content and share our understandings, ask questions etc. If you choose not to do this program as a U3A course, you are encouraged to still register to do it independently.
